Yesterday I had to make the decision to renew my lease or prepare to move. I chose to renew, which means I will be living alone and without adequate laundry facilities for the next year. But I like my neighborhood and you can't beat the price...so in the end the good outweighed the bad. It was kind of scary to nail it down though.
Work has been really stressful, and my one year anniversary here is very soon. I've been waiting for a shift change or a promotion or...something. But so far there haven't been any open doors. I am ok with my position, but I do not want to be here for another full year.
I'm doing a lot of trusting that things will change for the better, and within the next year. I hope it's sooner rather than later...
