Today I tried to head home, but discovered that my car was absolutely dead. It would not start no matter how many times I pumped the gas or twisted the key. I do not have AAA coverage. Jenn, John and I tried jumping the car with this auxiliary battery box my dad gave me. No luck. We tried my friend's auxiliary battery box. Nope.
Just as I was trying to decide where to have the car towed, Jenn had an idea. She called AAA and pretended it was her car. A man came out and jumped the car back to life within minutes! I cannot thank her enough for helping me. She always takes care of me and I love her. :)
I found out later that I left the lights on all weekend and that's why the battery died. Duh....ha ha!
Seriously doesnt' EVERYONE do that to AAA?
